FSAE / Formula Student Sponsorship
Welcome, and congratulations on being approved. Your coupon code is in the approval email. This page is here as an ongoing reference for everything you should need about your sponsorship.
This page is private and shared only with approved FSAE sponsorship teams. Please don’t share the link publicly.
What We Ask of You
Formula SAE and Formula Student teams are doing exactly the kind of work we built harness.design for, and this sponsorship is our way of supporting that.
In return, we don’t ask for anything specific. But if the tool has helped your team, we’d love it if you shared that where it feels natural. Whether that’s mentioning it to a friend or teammate, talking about your wiring process in a forum or build thread, or simply letting others in the industry know what you’re using and why, that means a lot to us.
And if you want to go further, we’d be genuinely thrilled. A logo on the car, a sponsor credit on your team website, a post about how you’re using it. None of it is required, but all of it is deeply appreciated.
Your Enterprise License
Your Enterprise license is active for 12 months from the date the coupon was applied.
Renewal
To renew, reapply through the sponsorship form in the final month of your license. As long as your team is still actively competing, we’ll send you a new coupon code.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your license will remain active through to the end of the current billing period with no further charges.
A Note on Disclosure
If you’re listing harness.design as a sponsor on your team website, competition documentation, or social content, most countries require a brief note that the relationship is a sponsored one. Something like “sponsored by harness.design” or “on a sponsored license from harness.design” is all it takes. This keeps things transparent for your audience and protects both of us.
