FSAE / Formula Student Sponsorship

Apply for a sponsorship to receive 12 months free access to a harness.design Enterprise Plan for your Formula SAE or Formula Student race team.

How it works

One team member applies on behalf of the entire team. A coupon code will be emailed to the supplied university email address after review, and can be applied to a single account of your team’s choosing. Applications are manually reviewed and may take up to 5 business days.

Sponsorships are valid for 12 months. Teams must reapply each year to continue receiving the sponsorship.

What We Ask of You

Formula SAE and Formula Student teams are doing exactly the kind of work we built harness.design for, and this sponsorship is our way of supporting that.

In return, we don’t ask for anything specific. But if the tool has helped your team, we’d love it if you shared that where it feels natural. Whether that’s mentioning it to a friend or teammate, talking about your wiring process in a forum or build thread, or simply letting others in the industry know what you’re using and why, that means a lot to us.

And if you want to go further, we’d be genuinely thrilled. A logo on the car, a sponsor credit on your team website, a post about how you’re using it. None of it is required, but all of it is deeply appreciated.

Terms

• You are currently a student at a recognized educational institution
• Are currently a member of a recognized Formula SAE or Formula Student team actively competing in the current race season
• The sponsored account must be used exclusively by members of the applying team, and only for work related to that team’s Formula SAE or Formula Student activities
• Your team can hold one active sponsorship at a time, valid for 12 months. Once your sponsorship expires, you can reapply if your team is still actively competing in the current race season.
• The sponsorship provides 12 months free access to harness.design Enterprise Plan
• The coupon applies to the monthly plan only. You may cancel at any time; the annual plan is not supported.
• After 12 months, billing resumes at the standard rate. You can cancel at any time with no further charges after the current period.
• Coupons are single use, and may be revoked if misused or if eligibility cannot be verified
• Coupons expire 1 month after being emailed
• This sponsorship cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, or promotional offers
