Creating a Team

Open Main Menu → Account → Team and create your team by giving it a name.

Creating a team requires an active Pro subscription. If you’re not on Pro, the Team tab prompts you to upgrade.

When you create a team:

  • You become the team owner.
  • You’re automatically allocated one of your seats — the owner always holds a seat.
  • The number of seats available to your team matches the seat quantity on your Pro subscription.

From here you can invite members and move harnesses into the team.

The team owner can give the team a logo. Click the pencil button on the team bar in the Team tab, then drop an image onto the logo or click it to upload one. PNG, JPEG and SVG images work; raster images are fitted to 1024 × 512 pixels.

The logo is shown on the team bar for every member and on pending invites, and it can be drawn in the PDF title block of any harness with Show team logo.

Deleting a team (from the same Team tab) removes it permanently. Members lose any access that came from their seat. The team’s harnesses return to their original owners — they’re no longer shared with the team, so other members can’t access them any more.
