Diode Part
A part that allows current to flow in only one direction and blocks it in the opposite direction.

Configurations
Like a Connector Part, each diode part has a Default Configuration and can have more named configurations. A configuration lists the Boots and Coverings that go with the part, any number of each, and they are applied to every component using that configuration. For example, add a “With heat shrink” configuration and choose it for the diodes that need heat shrink.
Configurations are edited in the part’s details in the same way as connector configurations. When you assign the part, the dropdown lists each of its configurations. See Configurations.
