How to Upgrade

In the app go to Main Menu → Account and select Upgrade to Pro or simply click https://app.harness.design/upgrade .

Choose whether you want to pay Monthly or Annually and select Upgrade now

This will take you to a Stripe payment window where your payment will be processed.

What is a Connection

A connection is a single conductor running between two components, such as a connector cavity, terminal, splice, resistor, or diode.

Some examples:

• A single wire = 1 connection
• A 4-core cable with a shield = 5 connections
• Twisted wires = 1 connection per wire

How to see the Number of Connections

Go to the Connections view and scroll to the bottom to see the number of connections in the harness.

How to cancel the Pro Plan

Go to the Main Menu → Account select Manage subscription. Stripe will open up automatically. Select Cancel subscription.

What happens if I cancel the Pro plan?

If you cancel your Pro subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Once the period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan, and any harnesses exceeding 100 connections will no longer accept new connections until the total is reduced below the limit. You can still use and edit those harnesses, but adding new connections will be restricted.
